The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations NIPR Kebbi State Chapter sympathizes with the Government and people of Kebbi State on the unfortunate abduction of 25 School girls and the loss of the Vice Principal of Government Comprehensive Girls Secondary School, Maga.
NIPR in a statement by its Chairman Alhaji Ibarahim Adamu Argungu particularly commiserates with the Emir of Zuru, Alhaji Muhammad Sanusi Mikail Sami, Sami Gomo III, Emir of Zuru, parents of the affected students and entire people of Zuru Emirate.
The Institute commended the State governor Dr Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu and the Federal government for the intensified efforts to ensure that the girls are rescued alive and united with their families.
The NIPR prayed for the safe return of the students as well as the prevalence of peace and tranquility in the State. While appealing to people in the state to continue to cooperate with the Government in its efforts to safeguard the lives and property, the Institute urged citizens to continue to pray for lasting peace in Kebbi State and Nigeria as a whole.
