The Sokoto AGILE Team have announce the official Flag-Off Ceremony of the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Programme.
The event will hold at government house Sokoto state on Thursday 25-09-2025 by 10:00 AM Prompt
This landmark event will be presided over by Her Excellency, the Wife of the Executive Governor of Sokoto State, Hajiya Fatima Ahmad Aliyu, and marks the formal commencement of direct cash transfers to the first cohort of 41,825 female students across the 23 Local Government Areas of the state.

The Conditional Cash Transfer is a key component of the AGILE initiative, designed to support vulnerable households and promote girls’ education through targeted financial assistance aimed at reducing barriers to school attendance and completion.
